Field Sales Executive - Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies market opportunities that develop and grow a strong sales pipeline
  • Determines initial software and service requirements of bank clients and works closely with business solutions and professional services groups to arrive at appropriate value proposition
  • Advices, supports, prepares and presents proposals to bank clients
  • Provides administrative support to the Country Sales Head
  • Assists in building and maintaining relationships with senior bankers and related relevant organisations in order to develop and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course
  • Strong sales track record, banking reference and banking software experience
  • Proven track record of "selling" and achieving sales targets at a high-level to the banking sector (minimum of 3 years)
  • Thorough understanding of banking processes (front, middle, back office), IT processes and implementations would be ideal
  • Knowledge of Misys products or experience with a direct competitor would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish credibility with senior staff, both externally and internally.
