Responsibilities:

• You will coach a team of 10 sales reps on how to identify and progress sales opportunities, and inspire the team to overachieve expected customer satisfaction level and sales revenue target. This position carries quarterly and annual quota goals with commission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course,
• At least 3 years of successful experience in technical sales, telesales/telemarketing in supervisory/lead capacity, ideally with 15-20 direct reports/team members,
• Working knowledge and thorough understanding of IT software and/or financial services,
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as first line lead/team coach,
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
