Role :

• Responsible for managing the Product testing and over period sustaining engineering.
• Responsible for entire product test life cycle.
• Manage product test strategy and test project plan
• Own different types of testing like application testing, install and deployment testing, API testing, Rules testing, Customization testing etc.
• Designing and setting up of test lab
• Plan infrastructure and install processes to carry out performance testing
• Plan and implement automation with a view to achieve high level of test execution productivity
• Overall responsibility for quality, ON time delivery of all projects. Monitoring and course correction for all projects on a regular basis to ensure that projects are delivered in the defined budgets and timelines
• Ensure necessary processes, metrics and methodologies are in place for projects including owning and driving and Optimization of processes on a continuous basis
• Responsible for drafting a career path for individuals and meet the career aspirations of the individuals
• Dynamic and strong in analytical skills and possess open and flexible attitude
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability to assess the priority and severity of issues by understanding business objectives, technical costs, project risks, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Strong team player who is able to work independently and always looking for synergy
• Exposure to ISO/CMM/PCMM and other quality management standards
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

• B.Tech. / M.Tech. from IITs or Premier institutes/ Universities with 12+ years of total experience in Software product testing and/or Development
• Should have managed large teams of software developers/testers/project managers
• Demonstrated Ability to successfully handle/complete multiple projects/products working in diverse environment
• Should have held a Senior Management positions in a mid size organization
• Has managed teams spanning at least 25 people
