• Knowledge and experience of Audits and related QA practices in development life cycle
• Development Experience along with Good understanding of SDLC.
• Experience in using software metrics
• Knowledge and experience of ISO standards, QMS principles and other quality methodologies like CMMI.
• Strong communication skills and decision making ability
