Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Programme Director, the purpose of this role is to ensure that projects comply with operational, financial, HR, IT services process, programme and operational management
- Works collaboratively with Lead Business Manager, CS Product Support Manager, Finance Manager, IT Manager, Operations Managers, and Offshore/Onshore Managers
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives
- Participate in Internal Reviews of artefacts developed by projects/products
- Provide process consultation to the Customer Support Team
- Mentor project teams and help in adhering to processes
- Detail the plan on behalf of exec plan, execute and meet the schedule for resourcing, IT infrastructure, financials
- Plan for organization's process improvement intiatives along with PSM, Offshore Managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in any Finance or Engineering course, and ideally PMI and Six Sigma BB certified
- With strong operations management and finance background
- At least 5 years of project, finance, operations management experience CMMI Level 5 company
- Strong product and service company background
- Experienced on ISO 9001, CMMI v1.2, Six Sigma and other quality model will be essential
- Must have completed certification course for Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and actual experience in leading audit engagement
- Handled official SEI authorized Introduction to CMMI course
- Knowledge of Software Engineering and exposure to different tools and methodologies used in process areas is a must
- Experience in documenting processes as per CMMI/ISO requirements
- Must possess valid passport
- Must be available during general office working hours and be able to work at different shifts if required by business.
