Requirements:

1. At least 7 to 8 years of industry experience.
2. 5+ years of experience as an Microsoft SqlServer 2000 DBA and 1.5 to 2
years as Microsoft SQLServer 2005 DBA.
3. Experience with Database backup and recovery procedures.
4. Experience with database configuration and tuning.
5. Experience of programming in SQL Server (Stored procedures and Triggers)
6. Excellent communication skills.
