CS Support Consultant (Opics) - Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the client, Project Managers and Sales and Solution Consulting to understand the client's conversion, go-live and rollout strategies and to ensure that the solution meets the client's business needs
  • Lead the process of detailing the system design and build  together with the client
  • Liaise with the clients to analyse, determine and document the customer's business requirements; thereby allowing Misys to make recommendations, provide advice & guidance and also challenge our clients in order to help them find a solution to their business needs
  • Advise clients on how to effectively solve business issues by using Misys product (i.e. Opics)
  • Identify solution gaps and helps Misys to specify and develop global complex solutions which will add value to the clients' business.

 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business course, ideally with masteral degree in business/finance
  • Minimum of 8 years' extensive banking experience, with focus on treasury business (i.e. foreign exchange) and client relationship management, ideally at supervisory/managerial role
  • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated
  • Must be customer focused and is able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel overseas on various assignments on short- or long-term basis if necessary
  • Willing to work on different shifts, including night shifts and public holidays as may be required to meet business needs.
