Responsibilities:
- Provides clients with advice, guidance, design and implementation consultancy for Misys core applications and asset class modules, through the following services:
- Impact Assessment – to determine business process and technology change requirements for Clients
- Education Assessment – to determine Clients training needs
- Functional Analysis and Design – to understand Clients business processes and interpret into workable design
- Technical Analysis and Design – to understand Clients technical requirements and interpret into a workable design
- Application Configuration – to configure Misys applications and modules to meet the design requirements
- Data Conversion and Transformation – to convert and align data from potentially disparate sources into a single source to meet the design requirements.
- Assists Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success through the provision of information, advice, guidance, and updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Creates and delivers Client presentations and/or take the “Lead Consultant” role for a project implementation
- Constructs, facilitates and delivers Client Workshops and Training courses as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any Information Technology or Business course;
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail banking
- Knowledge and experience in Equation and project implementation experience would be ideal
- Good understanding of the implementation, development and software customization requirements of bank clients
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of financial industry standard interface such as SWIFT
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work using a number of national languages would be preferred but is not essential
- Must be customer focused and is able to work well under pressure
Able and willing to travel overseas on various assignments on short- or long-term basis, as required by business
