Sales Representatives (Inside Sales) - Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers over the phone
  • Identify/qualify leads for services, training and license offerings from new and existing accounts, progress into sales opportunities, and convert into revenues
  • Keeps customers apprised of new product and service introductions.

          This position carries quarterly and annual pipeline quotas and pipeline to revenue conversion rates.

  • First point of contact within the sales organization for existing customers when they call 1-800-MISYS
  • Find opportunities to expand footprint/spend of existing accounts through proactive outbound calling
  • When speaking with customers, identify the need for, and provide a quote to the customer 
  • Identify upsell license opportunities as well as consulting and  Academy needs
  • Team sell with field sales on complex orders
  • Prepare weekly activity and forecast reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business course
  • Minimum of 3 years’ successful software sales experience or outbound sales experience in a BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work and adapt to a changing environment and manage/overcome prospect objections 
  • Experience which demonstrates a level of expertise in financial markets is required
  • Organized and able to follow sales processes and methodology
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Ability to convey information clearly and analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisions.
  • Ability to speak different languages an advantage.
