Requirements: 

• Must have minimum of 5 years working experience in: 
  • testing business applications 
  • testing methodologies and associated standards 
  • automated software testing tools and processes, e.g. Mercury QTP, VB Scripting 
• Exposure to Rational Tools, Silk Test or any equivalent would be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years experience in either a software development or software implementation in the environment in the financial sector
• At least 1 year exposure in CMM Level 3 or above accredited software development processes
• Experience in the use of project management tools and processes would be an advantage
