Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Overall responsible for producing and executing resource plans to address mid-term and long-term resource demands for development teams, in line with priorities described by Product & Strategy 
• Resource scheduling, i.e. allocate resources to Project Managers in line with priorities described by Product & Strategy and other internal customers 
• Pro-actively take action to address any slippage in projects through assisting project managers with re-allocation of resource or other corrective action
• For Project Management Office (PMO), provide information & management reporting to Midas Plus development managers & heads
• May take on implementation lead role for the location, for tools rollout, e.g. ClearCase, ClearQuest

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in project managing complex software development projects
• Competence and demonstrated success in resource planning
• Expert knowledge of software development process
