Role:

• Understand product architecture
• Study existing documents, requirements and design specifications 
• Work with business analysts, designers, developers and other technical authors
• Create and maintain documentation for product framework
• Adhere to defined processes and style guides

Job Description:

• 5 - 7 years of Technical Authoring experience
• Understanding of technology platforms (Java / J2EE, DB2 / Oracle)  
• Experience in using tools like Framemaker, Robohelp, AuthorIT
• Exposure to Banking concepts
• Knowledge of UML methodology
• Excellent communication and writing skills
