Misys Banking Systems – TCM is one of the world’s leading financial software solution providers. With representatives and clients world wide, we are seeking to expand our sales team within the Americas.

Misys Banking Systems – TCM is seeking an experienced sales professional to join its New York sales team to focus on the Loan Market.  This is a new business sales position with a focus on expanding the sales of the Loan IQ product to the mid-market.  Our ideal candidate would be a sales professional with knowledge in commercial lending processes and technology. .

 


Achieve annual new account license revenue target.  

Generate leads through cold-calling, networking and various other prospecting techniques.

Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements compared with TCM – Loan IQ product offerings, and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria.

Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organizations.  

Must proactively own the entire sales process and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Must be able to work with BSG resources and develop winning sales campaigns.

Must be a self starter and have initiative in developing a sales strategy to attack this market segment.

Must possess an outgoing personality and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be familiar with classic selling techniques and strategies.


Must be conversationally fluent within the domain of financial technology for the TCM and specifically commercial lending sector.

5+ year’s successful track record in selling sophisticated financial applications to financial institutions or working directly in our target market.

Must thrive in a new business sales.

Must work well with little direction and, occasionally, under extreme pressure.

Should be acutely aware of the importance of details.

Must be comfortable with standard software license agreements and the key issues associated with such.

Focus on qualitative selling….not  a “smooth talker” sales role.

Travel required.
