Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support to customers. Manage relationship and SLA with L3 support team.
- Liaise with the clients to analyse, determine and document their issues; thereby allowing Misys to make recommendations, provide advice & guidance. Champion Misys solutions.
- Support the User Acceptance & Operations testing of the system with the client, Analyse and Resolve/escalate issues during UAT & Operations testing (Augment PS bandwidth)
- Identify product configuration and customisation requirements
- Identify solution gaps and help Misys to specify and develop solutions which will add value to the clients business
" Specify the environment and infrastructure for installation - Advise clients on how to effectively solve business issues by using Misys products
- Assist Misys sales and Services team (subject to availability/bandwidth) to identify, promote, and drive revenues; bidding, selling, negotiating and closing Consultancy led and / or Product led sales campaigns
- Provide training, support and functional consultancy to other teams like Pre sales/BSG/Prof Services/Development on product as well as business domain
- Deliver functional consulting on assigned products to ensure clients are able to successfully use our solutions
- Keep pace with current/emerging trends in International Banking, treasury and capital markets space.
- Demonstrate complete functional knowledge of one or more products (Opics, Summit, LoanIQ)
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of "entire trade lifecycle" for various financial markets instruments including exotic derivatives and structured products, provide expert opinion on the same to various parts of the business (For Opics and Summit)
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of "entire trade lifecycle" for commercial loans (including syndication and loan trading), derivatives and structured products, provide expert opinion on the same to various parts of the business (For LoanIQ)
- Represent customer support in the Deal construction process - ensure that any relevant activities on the customer support function are fully understood as part of the Sales Cycle.
- Publish at least one paper every quarter internally and one every year externally to demonstrate Misys thought leadership/domain expertise in the industry
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance) graduate or CA/CFA/CPA.
- Must have at least 4 years work experience in a Banks Treasury/Dealing room in FO/MO/BO areas OR in a software services company as a domain expert/business analysis roles OR with Misys or its competitors in development, PS or support functions.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience/ knowledge in Summit .
