Misys Banking Systems' Treasury & Capital Markets, a market-leading provider of integrated Trading, Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management software for Fixed Income, Derivatives, Treasury and Commercial Lending businesses, is seeking a Partner Alliance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in defining programs, rules of engagement and Partner value proposition.
- Experience in Recruiting new partners to predefined programs
- Experience in Activation of Partners to produce value to Misys through the generation of incremental revenue
- Experience in setting up Partner Training and Certification programs
- Experience in tracking Partner Pipeline activities and working with automated SFA tools
- Experience in setting regular Partner Communication programs that keep updated product and program information available
- Experience in Partner Marketing program development and execution to recruit and expand pipelines
- Experience in tracking key Partner Metrics on satisfaction, client satisfaction and relationship management
Requirements:
- Ability to develop business plan and metrics to drive incremental Treasury & Capital Markets Revenue and Profit
- Knowledge of Financial Services Industry and Treasury & Capital Markets
- Understanding of sales process and a track record of team selling in a complex environment - Licensing, hosting, SaaS
- Understanding of Professional Services and components of delivering on a complex implementation
- Demonstrated ability to present in front of large groups and be a spokesperson for the Misys values and solutions.
- Understands how large third party consulting and software companies are organized and how to drive field engagement
- Understanding of how to engage closely with Professional Services and how to best utilize skills available for the benefit of the client
- Can accurately portray the business revenue and expense side of existing and new relationships for management
Preferred Candidate Background:
- 3+ years managing a complex partner network
- Track record of successfully working in collaboration with sales, presales and consulting in the application software industry
- Has worked in a multi product environment of similar products with key market differentiators and potentially different go to market strategies/segments/targets
- Has worked in a multi product environment of similar products with key market differentiators and potentially different go to market strategies/segments/targets
- Performance track record for partner recruiting, training and activation
- Track record in managing channel conflict and conflict within a hybrid sales/partner go to market strategy
- Large third party distributors and technology consulting firms that have a strong presence in the Financial Service industry
- Successful track record in North and South America
