Misys Solutions for Treasury & Capital Markets, a market-leading provider of integrated Trading, Operations, and Enterprise Risk Management software for Fixed Income, Derivatives, Treasury and Commercial Lending businesses, is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to join our Academy.

Misys Academy's mission is to design, develop and deploy comprehensive and engaging Misys learning solutions and professional Learning and Development interventions for our customers and employees using blended learning approaches. Misys Academy works with Management teams across Misys to drive product training revenue and ensure Misys achieves its strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement processes to gather voice of the client to provide early identification of learning solutions and user adoption needs 
• Create value propositions to map Misys learning solution offerings to customer solution package, determining which components of the Misys solution they value the most and capitalise on these to Misys' advantage 
• Initiate and coordinate management of joint marketing and sales initiatives to ensure that learning solutions are fully integrated into the total solution package sold to Misys customers and partners
• Work closely with Sales management team to develop territory and assess business models to ensure Misys Academy has a prime position in the marketplace in terms of learning solutions
• Support escalated negotiations and contractual agreements to ensure that the deal is financially worthwhile to Misys and ensuring all elements of the business are legally protected
• Provide accurate forecasting to ensure Misys Academy can report accurately on future revenue

Preferred Experience:

• Significant experience gained within a leadership role running a multi cultural sales team within services industry in a global and matrix environment
• Demonstrable track record of delivery of education revenue across large territory and multiple global accounts
• Strong business development experience in generation new revenue stream

Travel Requirements:

• High level of mobility with freedom to travel extensively across their respective region will be required throughout the year to maintain strong partnerships with Misys Leadership teams and Misys Customers and Strategic artners
