Prerequisites

• Overall experience : 3-6yrs
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of exp in software quality assurance (i.e., process, methodologies and best practices) 
• Experience in white & black box testing; minimum of 3 years of experience as a software tester
• Exposure to project planning, reviewing specifications and test planning
• 1-2 years of experience with basic SQL 
• Excellent communication skills a MUST
• Highly organised, assertive, collaborative and have a proactive approach, leading stakeholders to arrive at a resolution
• Experience working with cross functional team; able to work independently and with others in a fast paced environment

Additional Skills

• Exposure to Web services, Java, J2EE, Oracle, ASP, SOAP, XML and .Net
• Hands on experience in use of industry-standard automation and testing tools
• Familiarities with the build request process a plus, including code migration procedures and compiles for numerous development and test environments
