To provide optimum flexibility to learning, courses are available in four user defined training levels. With this modular approach to learning participants can pick and choose the topic and user defined level required to meet both the individual's and your organisation's training needs:-
Overview Courses
A series of high-level presentational courses that cover both the business and functional areas aimed to give the participant a flavour of the product/module. These courses should be taken at the start of a project to inform your senior executives, IT specialists and Project Management team involved in the decision making process and project implementation.
Implementation Level
A series of business and technical courses aimed at new clients implementing or upgrading our software. These courses focus on parameterisation and data set-up including Enquires and Reports. Project Team training in the relevant implementation level courses is recommended to be taken at the start of the project prior to the Business Specification phase.
End User Level
Business and technical courses available are aimed at the end users, i.e. the branch staff that will use the system to carry out their day-to-day business operations. These courses cover transaction input, processing and output. Courses will be 'hands on, exercised based'.
System Maintenance and Support Level
These courses are specially designed for the IT specialists and Support Team within your Bank, and focus on teaching participants Systems Administration and how to support and maintain the system on a daily basis. The courses are 'hands-on, exercised based'.
In addition to the above courses, our Training Department also offer Train-the-Trainer courses which are extremely beneficial as they give your organisation increased knowledge transfer, provide in-house local support and reduce costs in the long term. Equally, we can run either standard or tailored refresher courses for developing the skills of existing staff as well as for teaching any new starters within your organisation.
