Sales and Service
Specifically designed to meet the needs of customer facing staff, S1 Enterprise Sales & Service provides all the facilities users need to handle customer meetings, from financial and customer maintenance transactions, to handling customer issues and problems.
S1 Enterprise Sales & Service provides users with facilities to help manage sales and marketing programmes driven either centrally or from the branch. For example, marketing messages and alerts can be targeted to a specific customer to offer them a new product or service. The system can be configured to repeat the offer a number of times and carry out predefined processes and procedures should the customer accept or decline the offer. S1 Enterprise Sales & Service enables users to maintain detailed information about prospects, and customers including relationships between individuals, organisations and customer service agents in the bank.

Call Centre
S1 Enterprise Call Centre provides comprehensive functionality for both call centre agents and managers. Agents are responsible for core processing tasks, whereas managers can carry out some additional administration tasks, for example viewing the workload of the teams they are responsible for.
IVR

Internet Banking
The S1 Enterprise suite of applications provides two internet banking solutions, one for personal users and another for business users. As the needs of personal and business customers vary from country to country and from bank to bank, S1 Enterprise has been designed to enable banks to rapidly configure the functions required.
The business banking version is a full-featured Internet banking application that enables customers to effectively manage their financial affairs at a time and a place of their choice. With an intuitive interface that brings together all of a customer’s accounts, S1 Enterprise Business Banking provides customers with a consolidated view and convenient, easy access to their accounts. Customers can make local and international payments, manage recipients' details, reorder cheques, manage stop payment instructions and carry out administrative functions such as setting employee entitlements.
B2B2C
With Equation’s Channel Banking framework you can interface, integrate and manage business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) channels, seamlessly. By providing a secure environment for interaction with external parties, B2B2C relationships can be used to extend your bank’s reach. For example, you can offer consumer loans through 3rd party retail channels such as car dealers, electrical goods retailers and travel agents. As applications can be captured at point of purchase, not only can you increase your reach but you can also drive up cross-selling rates. Additionally arrangements can be made with utility providers to support bill payment directly from the provider's website.
ATM / Point of Sale
Equation’s ATM / Point of Sale modules provide a comprehensive interface between an ATM system such as Euronet, ACI etc and the Equation database. The interface is the means by which transactions, requested at the ATM, are processed in Equation. In addition to cash withdrawal and enquiry functionality, the interface allows customers to transfer funds, request statements and cheque books, deposit funds and pay bills.
