The Rules Engine

Evaluating rules
Rules can be evaluated against any data required for monitoring such as transaction, position or reference data. With Misys Eagleye you have the option to launch the evaluation of rules on an ad-hoc basis or at scheduled time intervals.

Real-time monitoring for business critical events
Rules can be defined to be automatically triggered by data updates, enabling real-time monitoring to be deployed in environments where exception monitoring are business critical events.

Granular exception analysis and management
Once the rules are defined, they can then be evaluated against any data, including transaction and/or position data. Underlying data for exceptions can be analysed prior to being managed either via reports, emails or status tags.

Instrument and asset class independent
Misys Eagleye is data agnostic. It treats all instruments and asset classes as data ensuring that rules across any instruments and asset classes can be defined.

Linking Rules to Source Documents
Misys Eagleye facilitates the linking of source documentation to the rules implemented.
